Liability:

While every effort is made to ensure the client's safety, no responsibility can be accepted for any illness, accident or loss whatsoever, nor any expenses arriving from such illness, accident or loss. Clients will be expected to sign an indemnity form before the commencement of a safari.

Terms & Policies

Terms of business:

The minimum period is 7 days or the equivalent cost thereof. Safaris are 7 or 10 days.
A 50% deposit of the daily rate (or on package hunts, 50% of the package price) is required to confirm a reservation and the balance is payable within 90 days thereafter or upon arrival whichever comes first.
If a safari is cancelled not less that 90 days prior to the agreed starting date, 50% of the deposit shall be refunded.
Payment shall be in cash, traveler's cheques or bank guaranteed cheque.
All other expenses incurred during the course of your safari as well as trophy fees are payable on the termination of your safari. Animals which are wounded and lost will be charged for.
