Customs clearance is a formality. A temporary import/export permit for your weapons is granted at your port of entry. A valid passport is required.

Pack your rifle in a hard-shell carry case for transportation on the flight over. A good pair of binoculars and ammo belt is also recommended.

Bring two rifles if you can: one small calibre, for example .223, .22-250 or .243 and one larger calibre such as a .270, .30-06, 7mm, .300 mag or .375 H&H.
